# "Can't Filter Underlying by CSV"

**1. To fix this error, go to Account Statement, remove the underlying from the search bar at the top labeled "Show by symbol" (see screenshot below).** 

**2. Hit "Enter" (or "Return") on your keyboard to have it reflect this deletion.**

**3. The reexport and try importing to Wingman again.**
